Crack Reloaded does live up to the expectations we had from both the brand and the ingredient list.
This is their most well rounded high stim pre workout option. The focus, energy, sense of urgency and slight mood elevation gets you going here.
The sense of urgency is real here. Once it kicks in you gotta go hit the gym.
The pumps are surprisingly good for a stim junkie pre workout. Not the best, but very good.
A great option to rotation when you want to take a break from DMAA/DMHA.

L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 Ratio (6g)
This ingredient increases nitric oxide potential in the body leading to more blood flow. It does so by converting into arginine in the body during the UREA cycle.
Beta Alanine (3g)
Beta Alanine may aid in improving lactic acid buffering.
It is also responsible for the tingles.
Choline Bitartrate (1g)
Choline Bitartrate is used to increase acetylcholine in the brain. But this form of choline does not pass the blood brain barrier. This means its not very effective.
Agmatine Sulfate (1g)
Helps with blood flow through preventing the breakdown of N.O.
But there are conflicting data on these claims.
Lions Mane Extract (1g)
Lions Mane Extract is a nootropic that can help with focus and overall sense of well being. It may also help decrease fatigue and helps you push harder and further during your workouts.
Alpha GPC 50% (600mg)
Alpha GPC raises acetylcholine in the brain. This is your brains currency for capacity, creativity and focus.
Beta-Phenylethylamine (500mg)
Beta Phenylethylamine can increase ones sense of mood. If it is not paired with something like hordenine, it will breakdown fast inside the brain.
N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate (500mg)
Also known as Eria Jarensis, this is a stronger and longer lasting PEA. It promotes dopamine and noradrenaline production in the body to increase euphoria.
Caffeine Anhydrous (350mg)
Caffeine anhydrous is the most common type of caffeine seen in pre workouts. 350mg is a very effective dose when paired with caffeine citrate.
Caffeine Citrate 50% (150mg)
Caffeine citrate hits faster than caffeine anhydrous. Only 50% of this source is actual caffeine.
Theobromine HCL (100mg)
A stimulant in the caffeine family but has a different mechanism of action that is found in caffeine.
Isopropylnorsynephrine (50mg)
This is an aggressive form of synephrine. Creates an aggressive stimulant feeling in pre workouts. This is also a very heavy dose of the ingredient.
Noopept (30mg)
Noopept is a nootropic ingredient that uses alot of acetylcholine to execute its mechanism of action. Which is why the acetlycholine sources in here are so important.
Alpha Yohimbine (Rauwolfia Vomitoria Root Extract) (2mg)
A thermogenic ingredient that many either love or hate. Some people cannot take it without facing anxiety. Tread carefully.
Although I will say I did not get any negative side effects.
Huperzine A (100mcg)
Inhibits the breakdown of acetylcholine in the brain. Very useful when paired with Alpha GPC, Choline Bitartrate and Noopept.
