Flavor
This only comes in Bloody Gummy Bears flavor (Red Gummy). Its really good, i think this is the best defiant unleashed flavor I’ve had yet. Its a combination of Sour Gummy Bear and Red Jolly Rancher.
Effects
This here is a very hard hitter. It starts with the beta alanine after 20 minutes of taking this. The tingles last for awhile so if you are a fan of the tingles, this one is for you. The energy comes hard about 30 minutes in and boy its a hitter.
After the energy, the focus and mood elevation comes in and stays around for a while. I would say the mood elevation is the star of the show.
The pumps are above average as well. Even though it only has Citrulline Malate, it pumps very good. But it wouldn’t hurt to stack a pump pre workout on this one. Bloodsport from Apollon or Sicario from ASC Supplements would be excellent choices.
The post workout experience is also great. The energy and mood elevation lasts well over two hours after the workout.
Overall an awesome experience.

Citrulline Malate – 8 g
L-Citrulline provides pumps and muscularity during the workout. These are really solid in MuscleForce Defiant Unleashed.
Beta Alanine – 3.5 g
The 3.5 grams of Beta-Alanine is going to give you that tingling sensation. A buzz that pushes you throughout the workout. Not to mention, it can also oftentimes help with endurance.
Choline Bitartrate – 1000 mg
L-Tyrosine – 1000 mg
Lion’s Mane – 500 mg
This is one you do not see often. It’s really unknown the effects it has in a pre workout, but generally, Lion’s Mane is going to help with your focus and other cognitive aspects of your workout.
